How we work with you
Step 1 – Choose your Destination
Tell us if you have a destination in mind. We can take you anywhere for any length of stay, be it a 1-day excursion or a 2-week holiday. If you are unsure of where to go, we can suggest destinations for you and send you sample itineraries that have worked for other groups in the past.
Step 2 – Choose your Hotel
Whatever your preference and budget, we can find a hotel to suit you. We work with all kinds of properties, from 2-star budget hotels to 5-star luxury, from country house hotels to traditional family-owned seaside hotels. We can arrange accommodation on a bed & breakfast only basis, or include lunch or dinner – or both. Some hotels also have drinks packages on offer and entertainment for groups, just ask us for details.
Step 3 – Choose your Itinerary
Once you have decided on your destination and hotel, we work with you to plan your itinerary. We ask about your interests and then make suggestions of attractions and places to visit. These can include castles, houses & gardens, museums, guided tours, themed breaks, shopping trips, rail journeys, lake cruises, restaurants, coffee stops, and much, much more.
