BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL LUGGAGE

All baggage and personal belongings are carried at owner’s risk and the Company will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage except where such loss or damage is caused by the proven negligence of the Company’s employees. May we draw your attention to the fact that soft suitcases are more susceptible to damage. We ask you to keep to one medium size suitcase per person, but a small travel bag may also be taken on board the coach.
  ROOMS
The size and type of room required must be specified at the time of booking and our confirmation will show the type of room which has been reserved e.g. Double, Twin, Single. Private facilities will be deemed to be affected by the provision of either bath and wc or shower and wc. Our liability for the provision of extra facilities for which a supplement is paid shall be limited to the brochure price of that supplement.
  SEAT ALLOCATION
Requests for particular seats can be made on most holidays when booking, but since allocations are made on a first come first served basis, early booking is advisable. Whilst everything is done to conform to the seating plans shown and to provide the seat numbers booked by clients in the published seating plans, we reserve the right to change these should conditions necessitate and we cannot accept bookings conditional on the provision of specific seats.
  TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
When you have paid the balance you will receive from the Travel Office through which the booking was made, all the necessary documents and labels, so that you receive them in good time before the holiday departure date. Certain documents, for example air or boat tickets may have to be retained and your driver or Courier will then issue them to you at the departure point.
  SPECIAL CARE FOR DISABLED PASSENGERS
The holidays in this brochure have been carefully planned to include as much interest as possible, but inevitably, some of the holidays include lengthy periods of travel and some walking excursions. Additionally, many of the hotels will have steps to contend with and may not possess lifts, although we will try our best to look after disabled passengers, it is important that such passengers enter the word DISABLED in block capitals in the Special Requirements section of the booking form, together with a brief description of the disability and your requirements. If you wish to take a folding wheelchair this should also be noted in the Special Requirements Sections.
  SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT
On any tour there are only a limited number of single rooms. Single room supplements are only passed on to our passengers when these are requested by the Hotels. However, when no single room supplement applies and our allocation of these rooms is taken, some hotels may be prepared to allocate more rooms for singles but at an extra charge, this would be confirmed at the time of booking.
  SPECIAL DIETS
If you require a special diet you must inform us at the time of booking with a copy of the diet. This will be notified to our hotel or hotels on your holiday, but on certain holiday’s the hotels used are tourist class and whilst offering value for money within the price range, they may not have the full facilities to cope with special diets. Any extra costs incurred must be paid direct to the hotel(s) concerned by yourself before departure.
  LUNCHES AND EXCURSIONS
As lunches are not provided on day excursions from a resort (unless specifically stated) and client(s) deciding not to travel on the advertised excursions will not be eligible for any refund and furthermore any meal requested at the hotel must be arranged with the management of the hotel at the client’s expense. Further, if a client having paid for extra board decided not to return to the hotel for lunch, no refund can be made for the meal not taken.

  CHILD REDUCTIONS
Children aged 14 years of age and under at the time of departure are eligible for a reduction of 20% off of the basic price. This reduction is dependent on one child sharing a room with two adult paying passengers, where such accommodation is available.
