On this holiday we explore Scotland’s Secret Coastline and the areas ancient towns & cities, dating back over 2000 years. We enjoy a fascinating wildlife cruise departing from Aberdeen Harbour and we also take time to visit Glamis Castle, one of the many castles of the region.


Beautiful Rosslyn Chapel, Edinburgh & The Borders   

We visit one of Scotland’s most beautiful heritage attractions, Rosslyn Chapel, which is one of the main filming locations of the film; The Da Vinci Code. We explore the capital of Scotland – Edinburgh, together with the Border Towns of Peebles & Kelso and also have time to visit the historic city of Stirling.

Dunoon & The Isle of Bute   

Dunoon is a popular holiday resort and capital of the Cowal Peninsula which nestles on the shores of the Firth of Clyde, surrounded by a treasure trove of forests, hills, gardens and attractive bays.

Our tour includes an excursion over to the Isle of Bute, where we take time to visit Mount Stuart House & Gardens. Mount Stuart is a neo-gothic mansion which boasts a lavish Marble Hall, and white Marble Chapel as well as beautiful landscaped gardens.

Edinburgh Military Tattoo    

Set against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, The Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a great international gathering. Perthshire & Royal Deeside   

Perthshire is a region of breathtaking variety, from its serene glens and endless expanses of lush forest, to its bleakly beautiful moors, rushing rivers and tumbling waterfalls. As we pass into Royal Deeside we take time to visit the famous villages of Braemar and Crathie.

Train Journeys of Scotland  & a Boat Cruise 

For this holiday we feature two scenically superb Scotrail lines, a tip on a preserved line and a cruise on Loch Ness. We also have the opportunity to ride on the fastest mountain railway in the country, in the Cairngorms. Based in the Highlands village of Newtonmore this is a tour not to be missed.
