Over the past couple of years we feel that the ‘Travel Club’ has not been doing what it was intended to do. 

Currently, for your £10 annual subscription charge, members receive £1 per day discount from almost any holiday with us. They also receive priority booking facilities twice a year when we issue our two main brochures.

We feel there should be more…..

So with effect from 1st January 2008 the Travel Club will be fully revamped. To mark this change it will now be called,

The Tiger Loyalty Club’

The subscription charge will remain at £10 until at least 31st December 2008.

The Cash Benefits will be based on the holiday cost as follows:

Newletters We will produce and circulate at least 4 newsletters, similar to the one you are reading now,  a year to all current members.  It will contain a variety of articles, offers, quizzes, your letters, surprise vouchers, your reviews and lots, lots more.

Loyalty Club Tour Within each newsletter there will be details of a new tour open only to travel club members. This tour will be to a hotel and, when possible, area not used by us before.  It will be accompanied by one of our staff members normally either Lesley our Tours Manager, Jack the Newgate Shop Manager, Judith our Travel Club Coordinator or Paul, The Managing Director.

The tour will be very competitively priced and we are looking for full coaches!

Communication On the tour you’ll get lots of chances to let our staff know exactly what you think about the hotel you’re in and the excursions included. We also want to hear from you about other hotels you’ve used and any other aspects regarding the quality of our holidays - from the brochure layout to the journey home!

Late, late availability We often receive call from hotels that have had a short notice cancellation.  If we decide we have the capacity or desire to operate a tour to that hotel we will contact members of the club by telephone on a fair rotating basis. A very good offer indeed!

Cancellation Club Finally all members will become free members of the ‘Cancellation Club’, again you will be contacted on a rotational basis and offered a very, very cheap holiday when places become  available at short notice.

Memberships Renewal With effect from 1st Jan 2008 all member will be advised in writing at least four weeks before their membership expires, this will ensure your continuity of membership.
