Great Yarmouth, famous for its bright lights and wide sandy beaches lined by the impressive Marine Parade with its countless attractions and colourful gardens. There are over 15 miles of sandy beaches in the Greater Yarmouth area, offering an attractive blend of sand dunes, wide sandy beaches and cliffs – all in all, the toast of the Norfolk Coast.
‘So close to home but a world apart’ Home of the TT motorcycle race and low taxation, the Isle of Man is a great place to explore. 33 miles long and 13 miles wide, lying at the hub of an imaginary circle which touches the coastlines of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales ~ a place which is well away from it all yet so close to home and where the life is simple and undemanding, the pace easy and relaxed.
The Isle of Wight has long been known as ' TheGarden Isle' and it is noted for its warm climate and stunning scenery and friendly welcome. The Isle of Wight became popular in the Victorian era, when Queen Victoria made Osborne House her home.
A London break which gives you the opportunity to spend time in the bright city lights of our Capital City, getting to know the marvellous historic buildings, museums, shows and entertainment. On Saturday you could take the opportunity of watching the Lord Mayors Parade in the city of London. Sunday is Remembrance Day and you may wish to watch the ceremony at the Cenotaph in Whitehall.
Northumberland has some of Britain’s most imposing countryside and areas of outstanding natural beauty. The coastline is quite spectacular from the high cliffs of Cleveland to the secluded bays of white sand in Northumberland.
Our base for this tour is the Northumbrian coastal village of Bamburgh. The tour covers a variety of scenery and contrasting countryside, historic towns, rugged coastlines and quaint fishing villages.
Close to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Scarborough makes a superb base. The resort with its twin sandy bays separated by a majestic headland and ancient castle offers a wide range of attractions.
